I am pleased to inform you that the provincial government has committed to establishing a program for all fee-for-service (FFS) physicians required to self-isolate as a result of contracting COVID-19 or close contact with a person diagnosed with the virus. We have made significant progress in our conversations with the Department of Health (DH) since last weekend regarding income support. We share the frustration physicians are feeling over the slow progress on this file.
